Would kind of defeat the purpose of running stock pipes on true dual headers. As for screaming eagle or any other aftermarket mufflers, you just have to make sure the headers you buy are the proper size. There have been folks who have pieced mealed their true dual systems (Rinehart for example) and sold the headers to other guys, but the headers on these full systems have a different diameter on the end than what works for the aftermarket, it was all designed as 1 system to work together.
For True Duals a lot of guys like the V&H dresser duals, but if it was my money getting those pipes I would get the Rush true duals that are ceramic coated inside and out to reduce heat.
Just my $0.02
