There's also a third, the "Super Reduced Reach", but that one is way too reduced for me.
Does anyone know how these are different?
The first seems to not push the rider forward quite as much as the second - but I can't tell for sure. It also looks like it might be a bit more comfy.
Both look better for a passenger than the stock Street Glide seat.
I'm 5'8"-5'9" (thereabouts) with a 31" inseam. I wouldn't mind being an inch more forward than the stock seat. And I'd certainly appreciate a narrower area near the tank. I think with a narrow front area, the stock height is fine.

I bought a second take off seat from a guy on the forum and had it sent to Mean City Cycles. Going to have the "Super Narrow" mod done. Drop my ride height about 1.5" and narrow the sides so I can stand flat footed.
Reading through Harleys descriptions, about the only diff I see is how much closer each seat moves you to the tank.

54383-11 - pushes the rider forward like the Super Reduced Reach seat but but doesn't lower the rider as much
I just looked at it but could not find a part number.
I belive it is this one based on looks -

I am about 5', 9" with about a 30 inch inseam (damn, I'm getting shorter).
I bought the reduced reach seat for a two-up seat as I did not like the stock seat for myself.
I find the reduced reach seat is roughly the same height as my Mustang Solo with built-in backrest. I believe the reduced reach seat is narrower through the thigh area and I feel like I can flat-foot better with the reduced reach seat. I like the lower back support of the reduced reach seat - it is sort of like a bucket seat. I also find that this reduced reach seat moved me forward a bit. I like that feature from the stand-point of the handlebars, and not so much for the feet. I feel like I could use some hiway pegs now to stretch out a bit.
What I don't like is the way the passenger seat looks so high compared to the drivers portion. Since I'm not ridding two-up soon, the solo is back on the bike.
Below is a picture of my bike with the Mustang solo seat.

Best of luck in your search!
Reduced Reach = 1" lower* and 2.5" forward.

Super Reduced Reach = 2" lower* and 2.5" forward.

Really like my reach seat.

Why don't you call Mean City Cycle and tell them what you need they will MOD your stock seat just right way cheaper than a new seat .
i had them MOD my stock FLHRC seat . lower narrower memory foam
total cost including shipping both ways just under $150

I had the stock seat on for one ride (about 50 miles). I did not care for it. In my opinion, the Mustang seat is a bit narrower. I don't remember exactly. IMO, the Mustang solo is not "comfy". I had it on for about 130 miles today. I get a bit of butt burn from a couple of high spots in the seat. The seat came on the bike and was probably on there for several thousand miles and is likely broken-in to the previous owner. I prefer the Mustang solo over the stock seat by far. I am considering sending the Mustang solo to Mean City Cycles and having it modified. IMO, it is still a bit too wide in the nose area, and I would rather have it a bit softer.
Later in the day today, I put the reduced reach seat on and did about fifty miles or so two-up. I am noticably lower on the reduced reach seat than on the Mustang solo, and, have a softer seat. The reduced reach seat does move me forward. I like that from a comfort stand point for the handlebars, but have to adjust my feet on the floorboards. The reduced reach seat purchase for me was from a price standpoint for a two-up seat. I got it very slightly used from Craigslist at a nice price.
I too thought about adding the passenger seat for the Mustang solo, and may still do this later.
Tomorrow or Monday, I will try to get the stock seat on the bike and give you a more recent opinionated report.
