waterproofing for internally wired handlebars

Default waterproofing for internally wired handlebars
Hi, I just installed and internally wired a set of road king high bars to my 012 classic. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way or if I have to waterproof the slot at the switch housings it extends past brake and clutch lever brackets. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

If you did any splicing you should have used shrink wrap. If you did you don't need any more waterproofing. If you didn't splice anything you don't need waterproofing.

I think I made this post a little misleading I was talking about the hole that is in the bars for the wiring at the switch housings on the bottom side of bar. Sorry for any confusion.

The factory HD vinyl sheathing is good enough. I'm assuming it's still zip tied within the housings?

sheating is still on and zipped tied in housings, Jinks got back to me on this and I think I'm in good shape Thanks to all
