You don't have to do it all in one day, so if you get stuck, stop and take your time doing it right.

And take a break and come here if you have any questions/concerns.

First, you should get a service manual.
Second, it is 38 oz(yes 38) in the primary and a full quart, 32 oz in the trans.

Earlier bikes, ( like mine,) take a quart in the primary and 24 oz in the trans.

Not yours.

And your belt is adjusted differently too.

Get the manual.

3 most important things to work on your bike;
1) Have the factory service manual.
2) Read the factory service manual.
3) Understand fact. service manual.

As far as how much goes in the primary, the guidelines for how many ounces are just that, guidelines. You fill the primary until it comes up to a certain point on the clutch basket, no matter if that is 34 or 38 ounces. If you under fill, will not have proper lubrication, if over, clutch will drag, hard to find neutral, etc.
For the transmission, aim to fill it to the center of the marks. Level is supposed to be checked when warm, so allow for thermal expansion. If you overfil, you either have to pull some back out, or it will come out through your breather. A little low will not hurt it, ride it around til it heats up, check the level and add accordingly.

Read the Manual
Buy the needed supplies
Read the Manual
Do the work according to the Manual

Changing fluids is best if drained from a hot engine
Changing plugs requires a cold to slightly warm motor.

Adjusting the head bearings can be a tough process for a novice

Re-check your work especially the torque requirements

It will normally take longer than you think it will

Keep notes for the next time

Stiggy has some great advice. Use the manual! I don't do all my services in one day. I'm retired and ride my bike alot. Example, I'll pull into my garage after a ride and pull the Drain plug on the motor. Let the oil drain while I get a Beer. Come back, finish that up, wipe the bike down, update my service records. After next ride, I do the Tranny or Primary. It might take me several days to do all of it, but it get's done and done right. Good Luck!

When you do the tranny service. Sit on bike and bring it up right to get all the fluid out. Then add a quart.

I did my 15K for the first time. Take your time, read and re-read the manual. Have someone help you get the bike off the jiffy stand so the oil will drain. Also get new orings. I also bought a tool for the clutch adjustment for next time.
