A/C backplate?

A/C backplate?
I bought my bike with the SE A/C. I was under the impression that is had the complete assembly and not just the filter. I'm thinking it is just the SE filter. Here is a pic:
I want to upgrade the filter setup to the K&N 320cfm. What else should I change?

You have the SE air cleaner kit, what you have a picture of is the SE backing plate.
If you want a 320 cfm air cleaner, check out the Zippers upgrade filter for $62.

That is the filter I have on my bike and it works great. You can still use the stock cover with it if you want.

Thanks guys. That sure makes me feel better. I guess I will just paint the outside of the plate black. I remember reading a post here where someone did this.
I'll order the 320 cfm filter from Zippers and call it a day.

I thought about that but black is fine with me. I already have enough chrome and the plate isn't seen much.

Thought I saw a black backing plate offered by HD. Same surface as the blacked out stuff on a Night Train - wrinkle black I think it is called. It is just a replacement for the one you have now.
