HOGTUNES did it again
Last week I made a trip up to the Grand Canyon, put a little over 500 miles on the scoot in the process. 40 miles into it, my right speaker wasn't working[:@] I was still able to hear OK, but it was fairly annoying. I got back on Friday afternoon, and was leaving to go out of town on Sunday for the past week. I emailed Hogtunes and let him know that my speaker blew out, and that I was willing to send him my old one, please let me know what he wanted me to do.
When I got home Friday, (6 days after my email), Kelly told me there was a package that arrived on Wednesday for me. It was my new Hogtunes. I had two emails, one an apology, promising immediate shipment, the second was the confirmation number of the shipment.
The email further stated that there is a (now) known problem with the speakers for a short period of time, to replace both of mine, and not just the blown speaker. Further, he did not want the bad ones back.
WOW.
I'm glad once again that I ordered these speakers. I cannot say enough for this company and their product.

Simple install, after your fairing is off, you have three screws per speaker. Sounds SOOO much better, you WILL NOT REGRET them.

Glad to read this post, just placed my order this week for the Hogtunes Ultra Kit. Scheduled delivery on 8/31, work day, have to wait till Friday to install. Work gets in the way of my riding all the time!!!

Ii have ordered several speakers form PEZ at Hogtunes, and they are the best. You will enjoy their perosnalized service and the speaker's performance. I have them in my Road Glide. The best.

Email him or post a question on the forum about them...seems mikeisglidn had this question, and I think he was able to use them if memory serves...do a search using mikeisglidn in this forum with hogtunes...and see what you get.
