It made a difference on mine. The combination of the fork baffle, lower fairing wind deflectors and a recurve windshield cured my buffeting problem.

Thanks to all who responded...I'm gonna go ahead and try one. For the $ it seems to be worth it even if it only works a little bit. I have a '07 Ultra and am just now starting to prep for Bike Week in March. I'll be going down from Seattle...Rain City!!! Did a Winter trip two years ago and I can tell you...riding in the rain for 12 hours in a day especially during Winter SUCKS!

I have the chrome one which I remove when spring is approaching.I think it helps deflect the wind some.

I have a black one but there is powder coat in the bolt holes with powder coat on the threads anyone know what thread size tap i should use to clean the powder coat of of the threads` ? 2008 FLHRC ?



the walrus fang fork deflectors work good also.

If you have a beard or if you run through grass clippings some asshat blew into the road you will notice the difference with and without.

By HD standards, it's a relatively inexpensive add-on. It does make some difference and worth the cost.
