Default Switching to focal
I'm amping my sg and going with focal speakers. What have you guys used for the speaker grill when installing them? Without seeing it, I'm thinking that the grill they come with won't be flush against the inner fairing. Or is this a non issue?

use your stock grills, it will keep the dirt out and it is also water repellant .

I don't have the stock any longer. I installed j & m last summer and not loud and clear enough for my heavy metal loving taste.

I used the Focal grills. Just cut them a litter bigger than that of the speaker hole and place the grille between fairing and speaker adapter. Screw the adapter down and your done. It worked for me and looks real good imo
