Default Trailer Hitch

I want to buy a Kuryakyn (spelling) trailer hitch from mandmcycles.com for mu 06 UC. I can save about $40. $149 vs $189. I searched the hdforums for trailer hitchs and found lots of useful info. My question: is the Kuryakyn hitch assy crome from one end to the other. The only pics I can find show the end that is exposed under the rear fender with the ball, but not all of the mounting brackets. I have bought a few Kurykyn accessories and am satisfied that they make quality parts.

I have also looked at Hitch Dr., Crome Works and Drag Specialties and have decided on the Kurykyn hitch mainly because of the price.

Have a trailer hitch taken off a 2005 Ultra classic you can have cheap. it looks good and comes with the wire to hook it up. Also has the ball with it. I am in louisianna if you are intertested. Don't know where in Miss. you are but could always go for a ride and meet you half way if need be.

My previous hitch was from kuryakyn and it was all chrome. I cuurently have a hitch I bought from Bushtec that has a reciever so you can remove the ball part when not in use. I think hitch doc makes a similar hitch. All of them tow about the same.

I have a hitch doc that is beautiful. Easy to install and it has a receiver so you can take the ball hitch off when not in use. All chrome and strong. Most times you get what you pay for.

Luke, That was the info I needed. Thanks.

Mike, I sent you an email about us getting together about the hitch you wanted to sell.
