Quad exhaust?

Quad exhaust?
Saw a scoot on craigslist that had an exhaust I've never seen before. The pics didn't show a side view but there was one with a rear view. The rear view showed two pipes on both sides of the bike. This was no metric bike, I think it was a E-Glide but I could be wrong. Does anyone have any Idea what ehxaust this is? Are they just slip-ons or a whole system? I'd post pics or a link but I don't know enough about this computer stuff to do me any good. Found it on Staunton Va. craigslist, listed under motorcycles. Thanks for any help you guys can give.
