Mine has been doing that from the day I rode it off the show room floor. Its normal and is a good indicator of when you are below 2200rpm.

Do you have a good tune? A bad tuneup will cause your bike to vibrate.

It only has 5300 miles...should it be tuned up already?

Fairing mounted mirrors vibrate because the fairings don't have the same rubber iso mounts as the handlebars. Its not really an issue since 99% of riding is above 2200 rpms. Its the nature of the SG.
