I can tell you that the stealth works excellent, and is my favorite shield, but my opinion might be a little biased! : ) That being said, I don't think you'll be disappointed, not because I work here, but because I've tried that shield and love it. hope that helps any
long ride shields is by far the best. the other brand you mentioned cracked on install with me.
Thanks! : ) We Appreciate that. I just like the Stealth better purely on looks. I don't know why. It's unique. I like the X-Stream too, but still not as much as the stealth
An 8" LRS Stealth will not provide the same wind deflection as an 8" Clearview. The Stealth is a great shield but if an 8" standard recurve windshield is indeed the correct height for you then you would need to go to a 10" Stealth to get the same coverage. An 8" Clearview has a vertical heigth of 8" an 8" Stealth has roughly 6.5" vertical. A 10" Stealth has right at 8" vertical height. I no I have owned a 10" Stealth before. I'm glad they brought it back so much that my new one just arrived today.

You've definitely done your research. : ) you are correct, the clearview and the stealth are different designs, so are measured differently. You definitely want to get the one that is correctly measured for your height.
