Default New Sled

Well after searching and beating the bushes I found a real gem...02 RK Classic with 18k on the clock that looks just like it rolled off the showroom floor...not a mark on it and just a few add ons. Gave the fellow a deposit tonight and will finalize things in a day or so,

First thing will be new pipes....any recommendations

Congrats. Look into the Vance and Hines pipes. I have had them on two bikes and I am very pleased with their performance and sound.

Thumbs up

That' a great looking bike, congratulations. Looks allot like mine. Recommendations; If your going for new slip ons I went with the SE (For off road use only) and fulsak true duals, it cuts down on the heat on the right side and utilizes the left muffler more. You will probably need a tuner, I'm using the V&H Fuelpak. I went with a mustang M-75464 seat because that stock seat felt like a brick after a few miles. Check the cam chain followers.

Since it already has WWW tires - you need fish pipes.
