Buying Engine from somebody .especially the newer one's .you need to have a documentations . that the engine came out from the bike that fully is paid . . even you just gonna use it for a spare parts. So if you buy one,. I Guess ,, don't get Caught .. or your going Jail.
I think what they really want is a paper trail for tracking parts from stolen vehicles. No more excuses for how could I have known it was stolen. They are just holding buyers responsible for what has been the law for a very long time in most states.
