Intercom pairing

Intercom pairing
Looking at the getting Cardo Scala G9, but does anyone know if all these different unit can connect to each other or does everyone in the group have to have the same brand. i.e. can someone with a Sena or an Interphone unit connect to the G9?

Thanks. That's what I figured when I did searches on the subject, but couldn't find a exact answer. That sucks, as I have riding friends with different groups but they all have different manufacture types.

I have the G4 and my buddy has the Team Set. The advertising claims the team set will intercom with up to four similar devices. I cannot communicate with him on intercom, have to use the phone. Another thing we've noticed that if I'm too close to him, the bluetooth signals (phone to device) seem to interfere with each other. I'm not crazy about being able to talk on the phone while riding anyway, but intercom would be neat. Still, it is a distraction from the real task of riding safely.
