had a great day, foolin around with my bike and fixin Kdietz's bike....installed a Platinum Air system on my bike....and fixed what i fubar'd on Karl's bike...those guys are great....its what motorcyclin is all about...figurin stuff out with buds, laughin at dumbass things and victory over ***-kickin projects....Karl brought his bike over on friday not leakin a drop of oil....we(karl & me)put a new pan on and WALLA, instant bigass leak....seems as tho i crumpled the gasket....today we found out why...first off the moco designed acoupla springs in the cheap windage tray just to headache shadetree wrench's....then they put that goofy crossmember under and in the way....Karls was bent and took away what little workin room there was....Phil and Paul almost let me use a sawzall to get rid of it but at the last minute we figured out a jakelegged fix that worked and got the job done....no thanks to our buddy Karl who was probly playin golf or somethin [:-]....wish everyday could go like this one with no problems and just good buds foolin with bikes
