Heading out on a 5k trip in a month and I'm going to bring my Ultra to the dealer for a 5k service. I checked my clymer manual and nowhere does it say (or so I could not find) any service interval for valve / pushrod adjustment. My bike has about 115k miles on it and I'm hoping be safe than sorry, and I didn't want to sound like a knucklehead when scheduling a service and have them tell me my muffler bearings need adjusting as well. Any help would be appreciated.

The reason you could not find a recommended interval for valve adjustment is because there is none.

A stock HD with hydraullic lifters and fixed length pushrods has no adjustment mechanism.
