I don't think it's your imagination but there are ways to combat it and make it almost a non-issue, is all we are saying. I have felt my bike and my buddy even observed my bike doing a wobble/weave; I was doing 95+ through a long sweeper and it was not normal crusing speed. Im aware of it; I know what expect and what to do, and I guess you can say that any bike ridden hard enough you'll find it's limitations. I think these big touring bikes handle remakably well but when pushed some will say beyond their designed purpose and or (possibly) modified their weak points will show.

I'll start doing 79 oh does that count in a 45 mph turn.

I find my Touring bike to be quit capable of those speeds in sweeping turns, heavy bikes are great for that.

Not saying that I can't do it, but aparantly you have better drivers on the left coast than we do out here in western NC. Don't mind running 80-85 on the 4 lane but you can have it on 2 lane. Out here you better be looking for who or what is going to jump out in front of you and 85 in a 45 in a sweeping turn you aren't going to get it stopped.

To each his own, I'll catch up to you at the next stop.

So far its not been a real big issue no tank slapping crazy wobbles I guess i'm trying to avoid it becoming a problem. I probably shouldn't be going 85 on my bagger but I want it to look and handle really good, I guess i'm reaching the limits of my high speed cornering and am just gonna have to learn to live with it. I've been thinking about swapping out my progressive drop ins for some mono tubes that might give me a smother ride since my front end is a little harsh right now, still just a thought right now.

make sure you have a very acurate air gage and run the recomended max presure for your brand tires .

Also try gradually increasing shock presure tell it's right for you.

i had a wobble that was solved buy ajusting those.

Mine was too until the apes. She's scary now in 75 mph highway sweeping turns or pulling power while changing lanes. I have a true track ready to install but I swear something else is up.

Bad tire
Bad wheel bearing
Broken spoke
Bad shock
Bad fork
So much crap I have to check but this wobble is scary.

My bike did it for the first time yesterday on a long sweeping turn i take regularly take at speed. Yesterday i got smoked by a guy on a dyna
From the light he pulles a wheely midway through intersection and is gone. I caught him as he slowed for turn. I slowed to 90 and entered. A cross wind was blowing at a good clip and i backed off till the wobble stopped at 80. I picked it back up past the apex and rolled back on. I noticed te dyna was wobbling too when i passed in the inside lane
I didnt have any more wobble up to triple digits after that.
