Default Headlight Trim Ring - Not HD's
I saw this new headlight ring and it has not split at the bottom. Wondering how or if this would work for fairing mounted headlights. I requested more info from the seller as well.

Looks like it is a new item in the Custom Chrome catalog. I can't find any info on it either. Tempted to see if my dealer will order one for us to look at.

Seller says:
"i do not have printed instuctions but if you can take off your stock trim ring then you can install this one"
Not really a telling answer but tempting.

Not sure about how "new" the item is; I bought one 5+ years ago for my EG and it's been on the bike since then--not quite as large a piece as the HD, but it's worked well for me even after I added HD's "visor" style passing lamp accesory--it replaces the HD "boot."
