2001 Ultra standard clutch question

2001 Ultra standard clutch question
My buddy and I changed out his final drive belt. We had the manual from a friend and followed it pretty close. Before the friend took the manual I copied the pages needed. I can not find referance to the tourqe specs for the 6 clutch bolts (took the plates out to inspect for wear) or do I use red loctite on them. Any insight would be helpful. Again this is a friends bike, I have a newer RKC and would never do this without the manual for my bike.

manual for my '00 FLHT says 90-110 INCH pounds for the 6 bolts that secure the diaphragm spring retainer to the clutch hub. No mention of loctite that I can see.
