For the people who have installed a true track on a 09 & Up bike, were the bolts SAE or Metric. Reason being, I used SAE allen head sockets and they had to be forced into the bolt heads on a few of the bolts. In fact, I screwed up one of the bolt heads on one end of the heims joint. After that, I tried a metric allen key and it slid in perfect. I think they sent me a mixture of SAE & Metric bolts but maybe it was just me.

Going to contact them and see if they will send me a new bolt.

Oh please. I have. Many times. No wobble at all. I ride mine hard and fast. I think wobble (on post-'09 frames) is either (a) an imagined phenomenon, (b) a myth, or (c) the result of fighting the bars in the turn. See, I can be as condescending as you.

Mine rides smooth as silk.

That's the 'shine talking...LOL...

I'm glad your bike rides perfect. Mine probably does too but I have more money & time then brains, so I'm always looking for mods that may make my bike run & ride better.

I had one on my 07 streetglide. Made a huge improvement. So installed one on my 2010 SE streetglide, while not as noticeable, I could feel an improvement. I plan to install one on my 2012 as quickly as possible.

I had it pretty bad on my '04 EG. Totally went away when I installed a set of Progressive 940 shocks. I was planning on installing a True Track and still might. Just to stiffen up the handling. I no longer feel the "need' to do it now though. I installed the shocks because the original shocks were not working well anymore. Didn't have any idea they would help the wobbling.

I run plenty of sweepers at 80++ mph as well.

I have an '04 EG classic. It would go into rear wheel steering mode anytime I went thru a sweeping turn at speeds of 60 mph and up, especially if I accelerated. Scary! The TT cured it completely.

I should add that I'm a little bit of an aggressive rider. 95", stage 4, 102K miles and no trouble yet!

I do have the problem on my 12 SG. I just installed the TT and feel that is better on right hand turns that on left. I don't know if the two side screw is right on the middle. I've gotten pretty good scares at over 75 on down grade turns.

This 'wobble' problem has been discussed here in HDF since before I joined the forum. It is very obvious to me, as a student of the subject, that many riders, possibly the majority, are very happy with their ride. It is unfortunate therefore that some chose to poo-poo those of us who are not!

I have had True-Track kits on my Glide and Dyna for over 4 years now and both bikes were transformed. I can't talk for the latest Touring range, but the difference was immediately obvious, on both bikes, before I got into top gear for the first time. The bikes steer more faithfully, feel tighter and handle better in all conditions.

If you are happy, ride on. No need to cast doubt on a product you haven't tried. If not, a T-T kit will probably put a big smile on your face!
