Default Commander II question

I have read the many threads on the new Commander II's and have received conflicting information regarding my question. I have an 07 Road King Custom. I would like to put the 150/80 on the rear. Some say it will go - other say not without modifications. I know the 140/90 will fit just fine but I am not interested in doing any mods to fit the 150. Has anyone on here actually installed the Commander II 150/80 rear on an 07 Road King Custom or an 07 Street Glide. They both have the same suspension. Thanks.

The specs for the Commander II's are here on page 10. Might give you some insight as to whether or not they'll work.

I put a 140 on my ultra and it has a wider belt than your bike, but it is very tight on my bike, so tight that the belt rubs on the tire when I back up.
The 150 is only 10 mm bigger than the one on your bike, and they say you can do it, but is it worth it if you have to mod the bike to do it?

Thanks for the replies guys. The "in use" width is 6.5 inches and I think i am OK with that. My concern is with the "in use" diameter which is 26.06 inches. Since the FLHRS has the 12 inch shock I am unsure about the tire hitting the underside of the fender. That's why I was hoping that someone might have installed the 150 on a bike with the older frame and 12 inch shocks.
