It got cold here in Northern AZ in November, things slowed down at work, perfect time to take the bike apart and finish making it mine.
Naturally, as soon asI got it apart the cold spell ended and work picked up. So it sat on the jack for a month.
FINALLY, I get laid off (temporarily) and I have time to finish it. Got the wheels powdercoated and relaced, and back on the bike. Had a few minor parts powdercoated, too, stuff I'd been putting off (shifters, pushrod tubes,etc.). Got a stock exhaust off ebay and sent it out for Jethot black. And, finally, my local shop will pick up the bike and stuff some gear drive cams in it next week. If all goes well, I should be riding it a week from today.
