I just wanted to let everyone know about my first purchase from Direct Harley Parts. I placed an order on July 2nd and received it today July 5th, only 3 days to Texas, Im super happy with the fast shipping. I placed the order by phone asked if the item was in stock was told it was and that it would ship that day.
The only thing I wish they would address is updating the customers order with a tracking number, Im glad I was home when it was left on my doorstep.

I'll chime in with some praise as well. I ordered my S&S Power Duals from them online using Paypal to pay on 6/29. They emailed me and let me know that it would take until July 5th for Paypal to release the funds so they could ship. I contacted them by phone and they were more than willing and happy to cancel and refund my money and let me re order the pipes so I could get them a little sooner. This was on July 3 and my pipes were on my doorstep on July 5th. I suspect that if it wasn't for the holiday I would have had them the next day. Great people to do business with and their prices are some of the cheapest around.

ordered a whole setup to put 16" apes on my road king and had nothing but good service from them. Took about 10 minutes for someone to answer my phone call but all in all was well worth the wait. Purchased everything last thursday and they'll be here this thursday. I think mine took a little longer as I ordered custom length cables from magnum. can't wait to see it. I'll post again when order arrives.

And this is who took over for Zanotti's correct? Are they as good and what is their web site? I was just a couple miles from them a couple weeks ago when I took my son camping but ran out of time and did not get to stop by.
