I have been considering the same wheels for my 2012 SG and the only thing holding me back is that I am so happy with the ride and handling of the factory wheel/tire combination that I would hate to spend that kind of money and find out that the new wheels took away from the ride and handling.
Can you please give me your honest opinion on what if any difference there is with the new set up? cornering, braking, highway and so on? I want a set of those black ice agitators pretty bad ;0)

I have same rims on same bike.....19 front and 18 rear...here my take....the ride is still great not alot diffrence BUT ther is a little...took me alot miles to pin point what it is.......the side wall on the new tires for them rims is shorter and stiffer so there no give, road snakes are real scary now(some states dont have this) and if you hit a pot hole or large crack you get a little more stiff bounce.....thats it....still hold tight to road in twistys still rides great.........
Excellent wheels and attention to detail all over the bike. As mentioned, the inner faring is the next step on the bike. Personally, instead of painting the faring completely one color (your bikes color or all gloss black) you might consider painting the gauge holes the color of your bike, then feather out that color into a gloss black. Man that would be sharp and one of a kind. Can't wait to see it after you decide what to do.
After you decide a color and get it done, then I think you can rest for a while. Very, very well done young man! I love spending money on the details!!
Edit: Consider covering-up the spark plug/head bolt area with some chrome.
