You can buy from me. I'm about to sell my 09 stock headpipe with heat shields(no cat), and 2.5 rush slip ons.
This sounds like a good way to go if the price is right. I think Harley did a reeeeally good job when they re-did the headers in '09. '09-present are the same header except that '09 is the only year made without cats (except Cali bikes).
Fuel Moto, our sponsor. Wont find better service and followup for your money. For what you want to do, catless is the way to go. I am the wrong one to talk to with regard to 2 to 1 system, I hate the look on a bagger and hate the sound even more, IMHO. Yes they do perform. Do you have any waranty concerns with mods you are doing?
thank you all for all the help I am going to check out those sites now..
I didnt think putting a breather/tuner and pipes would void my warranty. will it? my nephew just bought a sg with freedom performance pipes, tuner and breather from the dealership.

Technically it would void your warranty for anything that relates to what you change. In reality though, the dealers often sell these things, will install them as part of the deal b4 pickup, and sometimes will even put them on bikes sitting on the showroom floor. If you find that one dealer that won't perform the warranty work, go to the next dealer and they will. Don't sweat it.
I went with Drago's tru duals and Thundermax, autotune eliminates multiple dyno tunes for changes and works out of your driveway day one. upgrading no problem later

If any mods you do directly effect the failure of a waranty covered part, yes. Your selling dealer can be fine with waranty repairs and ignore what mods you have done, some can make an issue of it.
www.fuelmotousa.com. Not the biggest selection, but they only sell "good" products. They can also set you up with a complete Stage 1 set-up "bundled" for a good price. He'll also pre-program a Power Commander (if that's the route you choose), so that you can just plug it in and run, no messing around with it if you don't want to.
I agree - and their header pipe fits under stock heat shields
V&H 4" turn down mufflers complete my system - good deep rumble - much better sound than the jackpot mufflers fuel moto sells and they provided me with a map for them too.
got the mufflers from Amazon.com for as good a price as anywhere and used a $50 credit that I had too!
