My 2010 96" SG is running on the rear cylinder only. When I wiggle the front spark plug wire at the ignition box the front cylinder will try to run. I believe that plug wire has gone bad. Anyone now what resistance values to check with an ohm meter?

I have cleaned and check the spark plugs also.

Low tech way to check would be to swap the front / rear cylinder spark plugs and see if it makes any difference.

 

I'd just go buy a couple new plugs if that's not the problem then you have a couple of spares.

 

A new wire is like $8.

 

I'd switch the wires like neckball said. looks like the fastest way to get an answer. Let us know what you find out.
