We have found that the addition of a wrapped fender changes the character fo the front of the bike completely and gives it a very sleek look. No one realizes how clunky the stock fender is until they compare two bikes side by side, one with the stock fender and one with a wrapped fender.

My sig pic has front, rear fender, and bags all painted by FBI. I do wish the rear fender was offered in a steel version as it is fiberglass and prone to cracks. I have received good and knowledgeable customer service from them.

You have no idea what I am referring to. Don't assume what you don't know. I never suggested it was the cashier, nor did I say it was the cashier. At the two specific events I am referring to, there was no cashier, because they were not selling. That's why I referred to their participation in these events as, "displays". These events were at J&P'S Cycles open houses.
One situation was a simple, flush axle question... "what's the bolt for?". And the guy clearly didn't know, as he started giving me a bullshit, "uhh, that's not used in all installations, blah blah, blah" response. Well, bullshit. You have to use bolt to pull the knurled axle diameter into the axle bore. I knew the answer to this before I asked him, but wanted to see his response after he tried bullshitting another customer before me, on a similar simple question. And for the instances I'm referring to... I'm not going to waste the time to type it, because it's entirely too lengthy. But I can assure you they don't give a **** about customer's getting what they order.

If you disagree, then fine. Go apply for a job there and change the way they do business.
