Stop byGrandeur Cycle Sat. to get some cleaner. They had there new chopper bagger that they are going to start selling in there show room. What do you guys think of it?? http://grandeurcycle.com/Bagger.htm
Looks like they are trying to copy the Harley Street Glide, nice looking bike but I'll keep the original. I like to do some long rides and that bike just doesn't look like you could last on it for a 1000 miles or better. Copingis the most sincere form of flattery tho.
Looks silly. Slapping bags on a chopper may technically make it a bagger, but it sure as hell dont make it a touring bike. Whats next? Puttingdecals on a honda civic and calling it a race car?

Where in the world do you see a street glide oin that bike?
The bags? Hell Arlen ness has been putting bags on wierd creations for YEARS!!!! Long before a street glide was around.
He should be flattered that HD copied him with the addition of the SG to their line up.
This bike is simply a hcopper with some bags that will be able to carry some stuff. Maybe you hsould muscle up if you could not get over 1k miles on that thing. I find many bikes comfortable even a street bike.
Stock bags just look out of place on that bike. It doesn't do much for me. And his quote of "most comfortable bike I've ever ridden", I'm guessing he's never been on an Ultra Classic.
