This is all interesting... I would now guess that matching my Dark Blue Denim would be even TOUGHER than black, if need be...
As for inconsistencies, I'm told that is expected anyway, and that the 'denim' is supposed to be like a pair of blue jeans, getting 'wear' in certain spots, causing variations in the sheen. Best of luck to the OP.
