Default Different Stages

Hey all,
I did a search but couldn't find an answer. Please describe what each stage is and the power that you get from each stage.

I have pipes and a filter. Is this the full Stage I?

Thanks!

the "stages" are generally described in the H-D screaming eagle catalog.

stage one is generally accepted as "some kind" of free flowing exhaust and free flowing intake, usually with some kind of tuning ( air fuel) compensation

power changes vary widely depending on the exact components chosen.

"most" stage 1 will result in 7 to 10 horsepower gained, simply by increasing the air available to the motor, and the ability for the exhaust to exit with out stock restrictions ( these changes simply defeat the stock noise compliance mufflers and air cleaner)- but depending may result is lesser power gains.

assuming this is a newer bike- MOST modifications affect your factory warranty- you may want to take that into consideration.
