Glad to hear you're ok!!! That happened to me back in 2005 on an Ultra Classic. The truck was heading in the opposite direction and 3 Sheets of Plywood flew out. One was headed right for me. My prayers worked and it missed me. Scary stuff

Wow where you lucky! My incident yesterday was not worth a new thread. But i'll add it here.
Was behind a slow moving landscaping truck w/trailer on a curvy section of road no opportunity too pass. I later found out, the bed of the truck was loaded w/ leaves, twigs, branches, logs, ect. Of all things, he used weed block fabric as a tiedown.
Once he got up to speed around 55mph it broke. It was like being in FOG everything but the logs let loose. Thank god the fabric didn't attach to the tires or my face. A interesting 10 sec. Then an open section to pass. Yelled at this dude as his window was open. In the rearview mirror I saw him pulling over. That helped me fell a bit better. Wonder if he'll go back and clean-up his mess?

Glad you and your daughter are OK, that's pretty amazing the windshield ended up with just a stress mark.

Glad both of you are ok. Had a sheet of plywood fly out of a trailer several yars ago. Luckily I was on a two lane road and saw the plywood coming out in slow motion. Always keep an eye on trucks/trailers with sh^t in them.
