Wiley X Thoughts
I currently have a pair of the Wiley X XL-1's and am having a problem with them. I have called customer service and they were great to deal with. They stated they would give me credit for the pair I already have toward the purchase of another pair.
The problem I am having with the glasses is they will not stay on my extra large head. I wear between a 7 1/2 and 7 5/8 sized fitted hat and have to be very careful in the type of sunglasses I wear. After wearing my Wiley's for a couple hours they stretch out to the point they will not stay on my head. I have a pair of Oakley Big Square Wire glasses that I love, but I'm tired of having to replace the lenses because of them getting scratched and having to send them back to get replaced at $40 a pop. I know I'm not the only big headed, Wiley X wearing, motorcycle rider out there.
Do any of my big headed brethren have a recommendation of which Wiley X glasses to get that will retain their shape since I can't get my money back, but can get them replaced?

I have a pair and if you can get an Optical establishment to heat the composite plastic hot enough, you can mold the frame to fit better. You don't want to try it yourself of you'll mess em up. The heating equipment will relax the frame allowing it to be more malleable.
I wish my Wiley X's would stretch out. They are too narrow for my head and the eyeglass store (Dr's Office) I bought them from can't even get them stretched out. They are the toughest s.o.b.'s I've ever seen.
I've tried hot water, hot sand, I even put them in my truck window when it was over 100 degrees out but they always end up in the original position.

I'm a 7 5/8 and I have had 2 pair of Wiley X and love them. Absolutely no problems. The only reason I bought another pair is I like the look of the Revolver better than my old pair. Their my everyday and riding glasses.
