Default Problems with heat! Please help!!

So I was sitting in the sun the other day and it was terribly hot on my right leg. I could hardly stand it! So I put some 10w-40 on my leg but thought maybe 75w-140 would be better, I am not too sure. Amsoil or Redline?? Maybe I should drink it instead??? So I was wondering what type of tuner you guys think would be best for the sun to cool it down or maybe I could get like a heat deflector or something. I know there are probably tons of posts on this but I am too lazy to search the forum so I am just asking again! Please help me!

Put synthetic air in the tires, your bike will glide along smooth as silk so the motor won't have to work as hard... less heat!

I actually run Syn-3 on the outside of the tires and on the windshield to slip thru the air better. And....I ride with just a thong on.
