I've seen the Ness bars on a few bikes around here. The guys liked them. I'm not crazy about the style. Lindsey from Iron Aces speed shop has them on her street glide and raves about them on the street glide forum.
They are nice bars and very comfortable. I got mine almost setup for how I ride. They are easy to adjust and I like the looks.
Now the pain is in the internal wiring. They are easier than some since you can do it in stages. The problem lies in the pass thru at the bottom. It just isn't large enough.
I ended up needing to enlargen the hole. Should have done more but plan on it. What I did was pull the wire thru the straight section. Then the knuckle, and finally the main bar.
Note on my 13 the wires where long enough to pass thru the bottom. I extended them before I passed then thru and that took longer. Do it after if you can as well.
Now I was looking at klockwerks and HEI. I found these on ebay for a decent at steal. Can't complain.

I have been looking at the Heli-bars online for awhile, checking out videos, the website etc..but didn't want to spend the coin until I seen them in person. When I was up in Sturgis I went over to their booth and checked them out in person and decided to get them installed.(took about 1.5hrs) They adjusted them to my riding position, then I rode all day and realized I needed them a little further forward. I went back to them and they did another quick adjustment now they are perfect. As far as the wire been external, I really don't mind..that's how they where with the stock bars. Most comfortable bars I have owned. The people are great to deal with also.
My coworker out Helubats on his 09 RJ. Loves them. He did it himself, no new cables etc. He says they super. Me, on my 07 RK, went with Heritage, quite comfy.
