Local dealer has a deal going on this weekend, buy the lowers and they install for free. I figure they have to remove outer fairing but was wondering if they had to remove radio to get to where they need to go? I've installed aftwermarket stuff and really don't want them pulling it all out.

If you're going to get the chrome lowers you may totake a look at the kit
(pt # 46355-08 non-ABS or pt# 46371-08 for ABS models) $ 519.95 list price which includes the upper chrome sliders (if yours are not already chrome) chrome spacers and chrome axle nut covers.
The outer fairing does have to come off but I'm not sure that the radio has to be removed
