First off, I did look in the manual, but if the answer is in there, I could not find it. What I want to knowis can you move the angle of the rear brake pedal assembly on a 2012 Ultra with ABS? I have an old injury on my right ankle and it is tough for me to apply enough pressure on the pedal with it at the stock angle. I would like to stand it up more vertically. Any help would be appreciated.
There is no adjustment on the pedal. You could get the floorpans that move the floorboards up. That may help a little. Or take the pedal off and have it modded to the angle you need.
If you have to modify then either change the floorboards as suggested or look for an after market pedal assembly (or have a welder modify a stock pedal).
I have just looked at Ronnies microfiche and while there is no adjuster, I can see a simple solution. Depends how much you want to move the part of the pedal under your foot, but underneath the rubber pad is a large steel blade, part of the pedal. In essence, build up the pedal.
If you remove the rubber pad, make up a thick spacer of the right thickness, to bolt onto the pedal. You could make a piece of sheet steel the same shape as the medal, to refit the rubber pad to, make the spacer a little smaller all round.
With a little more imagination you could even make it adjustable!

I was thinking about a thicker pad on the pedal. I like your idea better.
Don't know how many miles you have on your 2012, but myself and others on the forum have noticed a break-in period for that rear brake. I didn't think mine worked very well at first and wondered if it needed adjustment. After about 1,000 miles I noticed it was working much better. Now with 5,000 miles, I feel like I can easily stop the bike with the rear brake only and do so with not nearly as much pedal effort as it took when brand new.
This may not be your issue but thought it worth mentioning just in case it will help you or someone else.
