In regards to music purchased within I-Tunes. You cannotconvert themto mp3's directly. They will burn to the data disk but will not play. What you first have to do is burn the I-tune songs to a regular cd then import those songs back onto the computer.
thanks to all for your replies. what speed do i burn at and do i need to buy data disc instead of cd. also i would like to hand pick my songs. if i make a list would anyone be willing to cpoy them for me, for a resonable fee?
I have tried many of the others and found that for me, MusicMatch Jukebox is wonderful. Just load in the music and tell it you want Mp3 disc and click "burn". I love the fact that I only have to take 4 or 5 discs with me now to cover all of the types of music that we listen to. By the way, that equals about 750 - 800 songs!!
I did my burn on a CD-R it's get easier as you mess with it. I burned at the fastest speed---put the CD on the bike, it sounds very good.
