Kudos to MCC for the "Super Narrow" mod they recently did to my stock 2011 FLHTCU seat. Narrowed seat pan neck really did the trick to bring my legs closer together and allowing for more room to plant my feet firmly on the ground, helps with walking/pushing the bike around while seated. Seat leather looks untouched! Also, was experiencing serious butt burn after about an hour in the saddle. Just did a 120 mile ride today and the memory foam sure feels better!
Allen responded to my initial e-mail immediately and helped me choose the exact mod that I needed, scheduling and $25 deposit was done with a phone call and by 0930am on my scheduled date he called to wrap up the transaction and ship out my finished seat, tracked the FedEx return shipment and had the seat back in a few days. What a professional way to do business! I'm another satisfied customer!
