Apes and Shoulder Issues?

Yeah, I REALLY didn't want to change bars again and was definitely planning on giving them longer on the bike than what I've given them already. The bike looks killer with them on there and it handles much better. Doc says I've got to stay off the bike for a week or so after the shot to see if it helps. I really want to ride this weekend. The kids are at the ex's and I'm free!!

Years of racing motorcycles then competitive weightlifting plus a couple of mountain bike crashes that resulted in broken collar bones and a torn rotator cuff and my shoulder hurts if my arm is in any one position for more than 20 or 30 mins. Even sitting in chair gets uncomfortable. Apes helped my upper back but I still have to move my left hand off the bars regularly or I get a lot of pain. It may not be the bars, it may just be you.
