I am planning a trip out west Wyoming, Montana etc.
Anyway is there any problem with running my 2012 SG at sustained speeds of 85 to 90 mph in 6th gear.
I know the bike redlines at 5500 rpm and at these speeds I won't be anywhere near that but is running at 3500 to 4000 rpm for sustained periods an issue with these engines beings they are air cooled?
I have traveled in these states before so I know that these kinds of sustained speeds are realistic. So what do you all think, will my engine/bike be OK running at these speeds/RPM's?
