Default Turned the first wrench

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here for all the info available. I ended up getting a Wild Pig headpipe and did the install this weekend. After second guessing myself for a while, one of the members here gave me some tips, and advised to just do it. This was the first wrench turned on my bike by myself, and I can relate it to when my buddy got me out of parking lots and my side streets and into the real world. The install went smooth thanks to help from some members here!!

All it takes is some hand tools a manual, and some good common sense to save money. Congrats!

Nothing like poping your wrench cherry. You (and the wife) will love the labor money you will save and if you get stumped you know we are all here lol

Another great HD Forum story. My first project was the RS Siren install for under $10... so easy I didn't even have to turn a wrench!!

Very cool! I find it's rewarding 2 different ways. First you get to save money and second, you learn about your scoot!! This place is great for advice. It seems there's always someone who has "been there, done that" and they're always willing to lend their advice based on their experiences. We all had to learn somewhere!! Good luck!!
