Default Solid front motor mount

Did a fast search and came up with nothing. Anyone running a solid front motor mount on their RK? The guy that wants to dyno tune my bike said I should get one before. Said I would love how much better it handles and performs. I'm worrying about vibrating my teeth out.

I think your dyno guy is smoking something rotten. That would rattle your teeth out.

There are many other options out there for improving handling. I would put this idea at the bottom of the list.

I tried a Velva-ride and didn't like the vibes it produced. I went with a Glide-Pro mount that is working well.

theres a few units available to help handling , true track, makes one progressive makes one, there are others, I do like the true track one some better front shocks, progressive mono shock works very well, all these will help with handling issues relevant to the early frame. checkin other obvious issues for loose bolts ect, also getting rid of the air shocks in rear is a big positive for handling, again, progressive/Ohlin, makes good units. the velvet ride ft motor mount works well to smooth out motor vibration, they also make stabilizers that help both with vibration and handling, (helps keep motor in place/line)

I did the Glide Pro front motor mount and Throttle Up stabilizer at the same time a couple months ago. Big improvement in vibration on my '05 RK. The stabilizer is more for handling, but it does help cut down the vibes. Both parts were inexpensive and very easy to install in the garage.

imo a solid mount would lead to a cracked frame or mounting tab.
