I was at Portland, ME dealer when truck unloaded some 13s. Every SG, RG and RK had spokes - dealer did not order them that way

Again, just curious. I recently went from a '09 RKC to a '12 RK, mainly for the hard bags. And the alloy wheels and skinny WW's are growing on me.
I have had 2 RKC over the last 8 years, so its just time for a change. Besides the Hard Bags...I want a bike with ABS...103...etc. I like look of the wire wheels, but I have been stranded twice over the years with flat tube-type tires. TubeLESS Laced Wheels gives me the look I want and security on the road, that I can repair it myself and get to a dealer for replacement.

I'd get a classic then get some hard bags if you want the spokes. Just saying

Not sure how HD does it but other mfg run each model down the line seperately. It could be that they arent producing the model you want for awhile.

I was not under the impression that the Profile Laced Wheels are a Tubeless unit ??

No, when I was at York, they were assembling all different models on the line.
