Finally
I finally got to ride today. I got home from work threw on my chaps and heavy leather jacket and I put almost 100 miles on my Ultra. Man I love that bike. The only problem I had was keeping it below 60. Once I put my CD and heard Bon Jovi singing "Wanted Dead or Alive". I looked down and found myself pushing 75. The weather was 43 degrees and sunny. I got the gas off my chest this week. After watching the weather channel I will have to see what next week brings. Man that bike put a great big smile on my face.

Wow! You got your ride AND were able to get out on it. My 07 Ultra came in last week and set up completed this weekend. The dealer will deliver to my house tomorrow... probably won't sleep tonight... now the rub... this is Minnesota, there's snow on the ground... I'd fight the cold just to get out.. but.. not that darn snow. Anyway... I can appreciate how you feel... so looking forward to my Ultra (first full bagger .. traded in my Road King). Ride on !

I did the same thing, traded in my 04 RK. I tell you once you ride you will be grining from ear to ear. Hope your snow melts will soon.

Glad you got out. It gives me some hope. I've been sick for the last few weeks and am just getting better. But now the weather sucks. Hopefully it will clear up some here. No snow just too much rain to make riding fun. I don't mind riding in the rain but only if I know I'm trying to get somewhere where it ain't.
