Anyone running Screaming Eagle street performance chrome slip ons p/n 80732-09 on a late model bike with no cats?
They are listed for 07 & 08 touring bikes but I want to run them on a 2010 limited with true duals.
How do you like them?
I am running them on my 08RG, only black not chrome. Pretty much the set up you are talking about with V&H DD. I think the Cat for 08's was in the stock muffler - not like current design in the head pipe. For me they are exactly what I was looking for. Louder than stock but not ear killing like the Rineharts I was running.

Reason: Added onto.
Sounds good.
I'm hoping there isn't the low droning at 2000-2500 rpm.
I cruise between 2300 and 2700 - they have a deep base sound not what I would call a drone or annoying. I like the tone and they don't drown out the radio - but you definitely can be heard whether you are crusing or at idle. A buddy still has the same version of Rineharts I had and he noted he likes the sound on the SE better. He knew something was changed but until I told him I switched pipes he was not sure what I had done.

Reason: Typo
I installed a set on my 2009 SG. Little bit louder than stock and stereo and talking with passenger friendly. No droning at any RPM range.
Last winter mods included a SEST and dyno run. The bike sounds entirely different, little bit louder and sounds better. Still stereo and talking with rider friendly.
