Hey guys,
I recently got a deal on a set of the screaming eagle slip-ons for my new 2012 streetglide. I put them on lastnight and they are barley louder than stock and upon looking down the muffler it seems like they are barley less restrictive than stock as well. I know each person's opinions on exhaust sound are going to be diffrent but are there any suggestions on who might make a replacement baffle that will increase sound and flow? Or, is there a way to modify the current baffle to achieve the same goal?
Thanks in advance

Try getting in touch with American Custom (they are a sponsor here) and see what they suggest. At the very least they should be able to modify your original mufflers.

Might want to look at Fullsac, they do baffles that will work oin those particular mufflers. I have the same Mufflers on my 2012 Street Glide with their 2" baffles and love the sound.
Leave them alone. When I put mine on it was a big WTF...these are no louder than stock. After they broke in the sound is rich, deep, & mellow. Plenty loud enough.
I found that my db levels went sky high over the winter when I got a Stage 1 A/C installed with SE-204 cams. Could not believe how obnoxious the bike sounded when it came back from the indy. So if you keep those SE muffs, adding other performance goodies will make it louder if that's your desire.
My feeling is that any upgrades to an engine should enhance performance first then sound or cosmetics second. BTW a high flow muffler by itself won't necessarily increase performance. In fact without going the breather and tuner route when going to higher flow mufflers you could actually decrease performance by losing torque at lower rpm's.
