Check the wiring connector where it connects to the light. I put the HD LED aux lights and had an intermittent left light. I removed the wires from the connector and "tightened" them up with some pliers to make more positive contact with the light connectors/
Hey mik -- check the wiring in the spots on both sides. Perhaps one of the spots is wired wrong from the factory? LEDs have to be installed with the power & ground the proper way or they won't work, unlike the factory incandescent bulbs which will light regardless of the polarity of the wiring. You said you checked both TL lights in the right side and they both work so the problem isn't with the TL lights or the right side spot housing.
Check that the same color wires on each side go to the same color on the TL lights. If they're different, you need to change the harness on the left to match the right side. Off the top of my head I can't remember what color wires go where, but I can look it up later or tomorrow for you if you need. If you have a test light or multimeter you can check to see that power & ground are in the same position in the socket as the right side.
