Those are the Harley Extended Bags. Had a set in Black Pearl off my SG and had local painter match it to the Ember Red. Extended fender is $100 extension off of eBay.

LOL.... No, because I don't want someone else to "take it for picnic", while I am not around. LOL! I prefer to keep it on permanently because I like the look of it and I want to keep it when I travel around the country.
