Default Input needed for Hitch

I'm getting ready to put a hitch on my RKC and am having a har time finding exactly what I'm looking for. I am leaning to the Custom Cruiser Chrome, but I don't know anything about the company or their quality.

I've used the search, and everyone seems to say Bushtec, but I wonder if the other options were evaluated?

That being said - I would like some info from those who have one of the following hitches:

Rivco:
http://rivcoproducts.com/products/pr...?productid=556

OpenRoad:
http://www.motorcycletrailerstore.co...roducts_id=385

FBI:
http://www.jpcycles.com/product/690-763

Custom Cruiser Chrome:
http://www.customcruiserchrome.com/product/199-v5

I'm looking for concealment, price, and durability in a hitch.

Do you have one of the Hitch Doc hitches? I looked at their website, but the images were so bad I couldn't really tell what it looks like. I like the idea of a receiver style hitch, but I just don't want it to be visible when not in use.

Anyone have pics their willing to share of the Hitch Doc?

Hitch Doc with and with out. Ran the one on our '02 with a trailer for over 90K. When we went to the 2012 it was a no brainer. Hitch Doc makes a nice all chrome hitch.

I run this one. It is bearly visable when the ball is not on the bike. I have used it for 4 seasons now and have had no complaints.

Best of luck with your choice.

So it's been a little bit and I have had some other things to do to the bike first, but I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a hitch. I keep looking at the hitch doc posted above, but then I found this:

I like the looks of it way more for my bike, but I would like to hear if anyone has any experience with it before I order.

Custom Cruiser Chrome: NOT A RECEIVER HITCH

I would go with the Rivco. Am not running one now, but have been looking at them myself. Only the Rivco is a vertical receiver hitch that is welded, not bolted together.

I've been running a hitch from this company on both my 97 Roadking and now my 11 Ultra. Excellent quality. The company is located in my home state so I just drove there and they installed it right away. I bought the Excell 17 cf Cargo Trailer from them also.

Here's the link to the hitch. http://www.jdtrailers.com/catalog/i4.html
